This is because Lawson, Uniqlo, and GU are created with the assumption that parking spaces are set up at store entrances, as shown in the screenshot.

The assets are designed to be positioned using the Move it! mod, so if you cannot use them as Growable, please unsubscribe.

The modal is good, but it sticks outside the build area and doesn't have surface painted under it, so it's not really good as a growable
