i REALLY want a remake of this, with a built in repair like some other mods have and not have the little destruction of different parts of the ship that for some reason does NOT go away

A great mod witha few issues:

Pros:
-Great model
-Powerful and lore accurate troop carrier
-Fairly balanced alongside other WH40K mods

Cons:
-Some bots will climb on top and get stuck, due to how the ai works this will cause the Valk to never lift off
-Sometimes the Valk will refuse to drop its troops, leading to a large some of the team getting stuck inside

Valkyrie is broken right now. Some bots are climbing on top of it and cannot get inside. On some maps they are clipping under textures of landing pads.

This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

this is MI-24 or armed Blackhawk of Warhammer 40.000. rockets sometimes not penetrate the armor but can nuke infantry or light armor vehicles

and also maybe give the pilot control of the multi las in a some of them

I love the mod but I was wondering if maybe you could add a version that flys like a plane not a helicopter or make it a propper VTOL

Neat vehicle, but I don't think I've ever seen the AI parachute from it on any map I've played.

I LOVE these things in the Lore, I love them in SS UA, I love them in DOWII, and Now I get to Fly them, HELL YES. Though I do have some issues with it, but They are well founded. The Rotary las gun is great, but doesn't have nearly enough... anything for that role. The Missile pods are spot on, no change needed. The Bomb, Drop tank, napalm things are odd and I don't know where you were going with those, I feel like Heavier missiles or Gun pods would have fared better, but the bomb has its uses. Lastly. So my proposal is such. I'm cool with the Valkyrie as is, just give the Rotary Gun some more spread, ROF, and Anti infantry damage, Give the Door guns more freedom, and Swap the Drop tank things for Hellstrike Missiles. This would make it 100% lore friendly and even more of a force to be reckoned with. Even if none of this happens, I still love this thing and I rarely play a match without it.

just a heads up Bots are having a real hard time using it they just stand on top of it and because its not full it refuses to take off...

Great vehicle only issue is that to door mounted guns don't have enough depression to be very useful against ground targets and the wings stop it from shooting air targets. so im not sure what the point is. besides it's great. i love it

could you make a version where it would act as a normal plane?

the mod is amazing its self, but please position the ship better in the archipelago map because i keep running the hanger and get stuck

this mod is great, except that the AI is dumb. first point : if there is a bot on top of it ( almost every time) then it won t take off. second point : the bots jump off ( including the pilot ) 3 seconds after lift off. third point : not useful in battle field since it inflicts almost no damages.

Love the fact that it can replace every possible vehicle! Excellent mod!

@Lordaloa i mean Valkyrie is abandoning on the sky from ordinary shots with gun or machine gun. It's like it's changing trajectory, like it's been hit

@STG it should be way way less, I tested it, the lucius pattern is now on par with small rifle damage and they should only fire with lasguns on the gunners when these are occupied.

also might i suggest the ground attack version i believe it was called the Vulture and adding a bomb site for the regular Valkyrie and make the explosions bigger because its way to hard to aim the bombs

ive been playing with this a couple hours now and i think i narrowed down why it feels so sensitive... essentially the roll controls left and right are completely fine... but the A and D buttons rotating is so fast you have to fight it to aim properly just tapping it makes you rotate the aircraft 45 degrees.... same with the forward and back lean and the sites dont match up too well with where the las cannons and rockets strike which just exacerbates the problem... Bots dont have a problem with this but because we use a keyboard to control it we do...

Awesome! i just wish there is a skin for the Elysian Drop Troops or Harakoni Warharks

@STG it contains 5 times the HP of normal heli, perhaps turn down thé amount of anti tank weaponry?

also it would be cool if you could make a Pelican dropship...

The model for the Hammerhead gunship ist already done, just waiting for someone to get around to doing the vehicle properly
