Make sure you opt into betas for rivals and pick the workshop branch. Right click the game in your library go to properties then betas and select the workshop one.

I like the snow effect in the background, really helps bring the stage to life!

This looks so good! Looks really similar to a concept for a Snowdin stage I made years ago for Super Smash Bros. Crusade

i feel like the music is a bit too quiet honestly but otherwise this is an amazing stage!
