I went to steamapps>workshop>content>262060>1905111513>raid>ai and then opened anti_collection.monster_brains in notepad.
I found the actual combat skill that Baldwin was using under lepking_avenge.
You should see where he wants to choose the skill.

Change the value from 1000.0 to 0.0 so he won't want to use it.
Hopefully that works for you, don't know of your folders will be different.
My advice is to avoid installing it to begin with.

When I read he was about as tough as a Collector, I was expecting it to be a boss that I could bully for money, but he actually presents a non-zero amount of challenge.
And uh, are we double-checked sure it's only a 3% spawn chance on Veteran? I've fought him in every single Veteran dungeon I've done since installing this. I can accept if my RNG is just great, but I just want to make sure.
If you don't want to touch the dmg too much or at all the only thing I could think of is to lower the PROT on his minions so it's easier to get him alone and manageable despite his high dmg. Though I am no modder and like you said testing is important and that takes time, still I am glad to hear you are working on this mod still. I look forward to giving this mod another go someday!
I dont mind rants out of frustration and don't worry, this is not the first time I've received one of those. Besides, you have a decent point to it since he does deal a ton of dmg, to the point where it becomes almost unbearable.
I have been looking to nerf the boss' dmg output a little, but I'll need to test it more on Champion before I do that.
