Dude, thanks for your work, but this building is bigger than the vanilla buildings. You should adjust its size to match the "small" property.

So annoying at start of a map, building the default university in the middle of a hamlet.

Model fixed to have appropriate shadows, as well as new pedestrian access points. The road is a pass-through, and vehicles can see and travel through it.
