I can't believe I didn't see your comment until now. What I mean was that Sakura's sprite freezes in the "Cha" animation whenever she dies after using up-special, or when wall jumping after up-special. I'm not sure if it still does.

Just a bug report: Sakura freezes in her Up-Special if you die while using it-
