ALAS V1 is basically up on the workshop now for preservation. I suggest using V2.

I think I have all the right animation packs and everything but the lightsaber gauntlet and all the other stuff like the whip look like they have multiple lightsabers in them and I dont know if this is a glitch but I still have the normal animation that looks like I am gripping the lightsaber with two hands? Any help?

Yes. Other than the attachment point it's a standard hilt. So I suggest igniting it before bone merging.
