Hi, is your Acid Rainbows character a royalty-free character, like if we can make video games with your character in them?

unfortunately its not on me. the base game tends to break the alt color stuff from time to time, and oftentimes it's not even consistent between players. rebooting the game might change something? who knows??
sorry for not being much help but not much i can do on my side

I cant play as color 8, 10, or above. only 1-7 & 9 show up. how can i fix this or is it just a mod issue?

i understand the concern. iirc i tried to make parrying it a "FAKE parry", where you dont actually get invincibility from it. if that's not happening right now, an update to the game might have broken it.

I can't help but feel like her nspecial is more of a hindrance than a help. It's nifty in concept, but really only acts as like, a fountain of youth of I-frames for the opponent. I never even use it because the second I put it down, the opponent just immediately parries it. Maybe it should be like zetterburn's dspecial, where it can't be parried? Or at least it can be parried to deactivate it, but it doesn't just give the opponent basically free invincibility? Pretty much the only time I ever find myself using it is for dspecial edgeguarding.

dang, disappear-while-in-parry is definitely an oversight on my part - thank you for reporting it to me! and thanks for cooldown length feedback too, will note it down!

Bug with the nspecial parry that makes it so if it's in cooldown and it disappears the cloud stops spawning permanently, also perhaps the cooldown is slightly too long but that second part is just an opinion so grain of salt and whatnot.

The BALLS to name a character Acid Rainbows. I dig it.

It feels like neutral b should have a slight stun effect on it, but not that much, cause of the whole acid cloud thing

I main this Character now, really cool and fun.

Using the runes that lowers friction and the gives the cool new dash on this character is some of the most fun I've ever had playing this game

Just tried her and yeah, I see the armor. Pretty useful.
Funnily, I was fighting Lumina.

she has a home stage fully concepted! just too busy with other stuff to work on the stage atm.
side b is purely a super-armor transportation move. it does nothing else
if you armor an attack with it, endlag gets reduced, however

for NSPECIAL, i have a tiiiny cooldown already but it's short - i figured because of how small and slow-damaging it is, it might not pose too much problem even if the location changed quickly (??? i can't sentence) - but if it gives some problems, i can try setting the cooldown for longer?
i'll toy with the idea a little more. thank tou for the input!!!

im in love with the character's visual and gameplay designs! i think it's adorable and great fun to use and even play against! would love to know what potential inspirations came from if they're known.

personally the only thing i feel that might want to be changed is the spamability of the cloud. the power to paint it wherever at any time seems a little bit strong as it provides insane versatility and reactionary advantage for the user, forcing the opponent to react to its positional change as well as the player, which may make for slight overwhelming moments. that being said, im only thinking of 0.5 to 1 second kind of cooldown on its use

yea char's not my design but it is definitely vague. in fact the very first comment on this character was "this character looks like they're from undertale"

lmao I only noticed that Acid Rainbows is a she when I used the Abyss Rune buddy and was reading them trying to see what happened to Zetta's old air dodge and I looked at Rune O and saw the she part of it, I thought it was a boy because it looked like a hentai protagonist with the hair covering the eyes and it's just hard to tell what gender, thought it would be funny to say this so no offense if anyone does even take offense to this for no reason.
