The only DLL mod I'm using is C4DF and the latest version of C4DF doesn't seem to work with this UI. The Culture and Social Policy screen won't open after I've downloaded the latest version of C4DF (11.0.0009). I was using an older version before that

ah I see, thanks for clearing that up, this probably explains the other problem I was facing when I could get free social policies

You can't use this mod with the Gameplay and Content collection, Nationalism chief among them.

found a secondary problem, cant seem to find the nationalism slider

I'm also getting the same problem of the social policy screen simply refusing to pop up. For whatever reason though, it took until nearly turn 200 before the problem began. I click "Choose Policy" and I heard a click... but that's it.

If you could tell me what documentation would be needed, I'll happily provide it.

Same problem, can't open the social screen, nor even F5 it, could you fix it (i'd really love to explore your full mod collection)

For some reason enabling the mod prevents me from even opening the social policies screen
