That's why I'm giving anyone the files, if you feel like you can optimise/finish the map then go for it, as I have no plans on ever attempting to finish it myself. There's a lot of stuff I still had planned but it's at a fairly finished state. Either way good luck to anyone who wants to attempt this.
The files included are big in file size because the props, materials and such are all unorganised, most of them are not used in the map at all and would require massive sorting as well.

Restoring gamemode to sandbox
I ran the map once with all other addons disabled and it ran perfectly fine. Not sure where or what the threshold is, but it seems too many addons is indeed the issue somehow.
As for issues other people are having, like invisible parts of the map, you'll need half life 2 and gmod for this to work, nothing else. Really not sure why you won't be seeing parts of the map, never come across that issue before with any map.
