looting and sacking still works though!
After cancelling Client State status, our diplomatic relationship is left in a state where the other faction considers the treaty still active indefinitely:
* Client State icons stay visible in campaign view
* If I declare war I suffer a major reliability penalty, regardless of turns since
* I still seem to be earning the Client State income
I disabled the mod and then cancelled another Client State and in this none of the above occurred (i.e. the relationship was completely cancelled, as expected).
In my games the AI always sacks a province until the public order is something like -300.
