Yeah, I'm kinda in the same boat. I love the item but all the hats I want to wear don't even work well. Not even the Gibus sadly. Gibus + Lady Killer is my go to combo for Halloween and I was disappointed the crow head clipped with it.

Ah so that's why. I thought it would be something like that. I suppose you could "attempt" to hide the default cigarette inside the beak if you lowered it, but I guess that would be a lot more work. Either way, good work. I guess I'll have to settle for the clipping for now.

Yeahh!! I'd love to make it more hat compatible, but the issue is, the cosmetic has to go OVER the spy's head- his head is still on the inside, so bird heads have to be made quite large to cover everything up- Here's a wireframe in Blender to show what I mean- https://i.imgur.com/FFyuKYB.png

I also had to put the beak where it is in order to hide the spy's default cigarette. For some unfortunate reason, you can't disable the cig, so i had to add a bunch of fluff to cover it up.

If you're looking for a cool hat that doesn't clip, the Crone's Dome looks pretty good!

Hey Diva Dan, this has got to be my favourite halloween Spy item, definitely going to be using it whenever I can. However there's one small problem.. the clipping with the most of the hats is really bad due to the beak being higher than most hats. I don't suppose you could lower the beak ever so slightly, or the whole head overall? Would make it a lot less noticeable. I've put some examples below.

Hey, you don't have to do that, but it would be super cool to have the option to wear hats with it!! That Pyro Shark cosmetic also replaces Pyro's head, but hats can still be worn with it, so I was just wondering why they were different cases. Whatever happens I can't wait to snag one!
