It's very buggy. It was buggy back when I still played KF2, probably not gonna get any less buggy any time soon. Sorry.

it kinda works but it doesn't? Levels are applied, but perk skills are lost. Anyone know a fix for this?

Oh it does still work, it was just the server that didn't activate the mod for some reason, sorry about that

I haven't played KF2 in over a year and I'm not planning to come back. This mod was very unstable even when I first created it. If it doesn't work right now, then I don't think I'll even get around to fixing it (it's a massive pain in the ass because of TWI's shit code).

No, this is a server launch parameter, not a console command.

You need to first set up a KF2 server, then subscribe the server to this workshop item and add the parameters to your server launch options.

It should. It does have a couple quirks however, namely you might have to update your skill selection (by swapping a skill on/off) to make your skills apply.

No I meant the ability to even level up. Since I can't level up at all when perks are set to a lower number.

Level up very fast how? So that people can progress through the levels from wave 1 to wave 10? I don't have any plans on supporting that and I don't think I will, since it's beyond the scope and intent of the mod. The perk/level system is really hard to mod without basically replacing everything and breaking mod compatibility with most mods out there. Besides, PerkLevelManager is already pretty buggy and I have to completely rewrite it to fix the existing bugs.
I could look into it at some point to see if it's possible, but don't count on it :P

I'm not sure if it breaks leveling, but it doesn't really matter since levels and XP don't persist from one session to another.

I can't level up when my perk level is set to a lower number. Is this intentional, and can I change this at least?

It allows you to force players to be a specific level, so that they don't have to grind hours and hours to play as lvl25. It doesn't keep track of perk progression either. And yes, levels are reverted back after disconnecting.

Is this mod like server perks? Not sure what it does - Does it increase the max player level? If so, does it revert it back after each game

You can use "Restrict Pertk and Weapon" mod, you can set starter weapon with it.

The problem has been fixed. There was a config burn-in in v1.0.2. I released v1.0.3 which addresses this issue.

I updated the mod a couple hours ago. It could be that the workshop is having issues. I'll try downloading it myself and see if it works.

Is it a Windows server? Do you have any other mutators downloaded? Windows servers regularly have issues downloading workshop mods.

ABSOLUTE MADLAD, this is what i wanted for a long time! I'm so tired of spreading trainers among my friends so they level up to 25 and peacfully play on my custom CD_RWP_Customweapons server. Now i will not have to do it, any dummy who installed game few hours ago and joined my server will already have lvl 25 and fkn PLAY instead of grinding. omg thank you, hopefully you will fix it when it will break upon next kf2 update.
