there is always a problem with hud icon, to make hud icon you have to modify the script of the weapon that tell to the game wich picture icon to show and how much damage it does, if you know how to edit the scripts, just modify the numbers in my script file to match yours.
I can remove the hud icon too ( script folder ) but some poeple will complain about the lack of it too.

@babygirl, check conflict , weapon replaces pumpshotgun, maybe your custom survivor has issue ? or maybe you have a too high fov setting ?

I prefer to do something different for a spas weapon, feel free to do an hex version ( without uploading it plz ) , there is some guide on the community section.
