That's a setting in the TFA base. (But if the mod does that and you've tried the setting then it's a conflict)

the aim down sights just makes everything but the gun blurry

Now we need it dual wielded.

It may just be a myth, but I recall that someone survived shooting themselves in the head with
one of these once. They were depressed and bloodstained, but the volcanic pistol is so under powered that you'd never want to use it for more than target shooting.
