Anyways, the thing about Valve never adding skins with custom wears - as far as I'm aware, Valve has only had community war paints in 3 cases, with two of the cases being completely made up of community war paints (Scream Fort. X & Winter 2017) and one having a mix of Community and Valve (Infernal Reward). War Paints are still relatively new, being less than two years old seeing as they were added in Jungle Inferno. I think it's a bit quick to jump the gun on making the assumption that Valve will never add community war paints with custom wears, especially seeing as they've added Valve created custom wear war paints in their cases before.
