This mod is broken from what I can tell. In my last 3 playthroughs while using it, the Shadow Kin, Night Demons, and Scavengers have all failed to appear.

I'm also not getting all villages since the last update.

Any chance this will be updated for the newest content? Currently it seems to block spawning of the new villages.

You'll still encounter factions like the scavengers in the unmodded game, but without this mod they might not have actual settlements set up.

At least in my games, each island had the same 2 factions. Maybe it's dependent on the world size?
