bah humbug, turns out she's worse than gandhi. I took somebody's cap in the early game, and right on that turn we met Hawai'i and she immediately denounced me. Sigh. At least she likes to build lots of wonders, and nice lands...

also she has the best war theme in CiV mods. It fits well with the art deco aesthetics, and imo is a perfect sunset lua theme for CiV's modding scene, which seems to be in its late years.

very peaceful civ... so far. Have not seen her DOW anyone. Friendly until you tick her off through warmongering. Will see if this changes.
