I'm not familiar with server-side modding for L4D2 but I would assume audio overrides aren't a thing servers can do, likely just new sounds. Could be wrong though.

It's only serverwide if all players have it installed

Found out why it wasn't working, simply messed up the folder location. Will be fixed shortly.
