@Mimi The only answer is: It depends. I've yet to encounter a raider with a Itzal modded Ascended Rifle, but a lot of the weaponry shows up on raids. Bear in mind that raids use a pool of points based on your colony wealth to pick from any firearm and melee weapon available so with a lot of weapon mods, it's unlikely to find one specific weapon in one raid.

Do mods like this add the weapons to the normal gun pool that raiders, npc, pod drops and other things like that? or are they usually just craftable things?

Ah, neat! Well, I like the aesthetic of it, and I like having a proper survival rifle in Rimworld, so I'd say it worked out pretty well.

It is a blend of a few guns, like a USAS-12 carry handle and a M4 Spectre stock. I created it to see if i could make a weapon out of parts of other weapons i already made in the past.

Out of curiosity, what inspirations did you have for the contingency rifle? To my eye it looks like an interesting blend of a few different guns.
