@koloskye what I do is I remove cars from the back of the train to make it only 4 or 2 cars and it will stay like that as long as you dont remove the "engine"

Any chance you could post a shorter version of this vehicle? Maybe two cars? I'm thinking of using it for a very rural build, but it's wayyy to big at this point. Great model. Thanks for sharing.

Hey BSQ! I love your work, I was wondering if you would consider making a MOM version of this as it's the perfect fit for a modern light rail using the metro tracks. I only ask because i'm struggling to find a decent selection of elevated stations for things other than MOM.

@Bob - I've updated the description to add the length information (510 ft/155m/19.4 game tiles). Capacity is around 600 people per train.

how many people does the train carry. bad description, bad pictures, i cant even see a proper view of it next to a train station to see how long it really is.

@Koku - I am planning on releasing the prop soon. It was originally part of this package, but it turns out that breaks Vehicle Effects, so I had to remove it.

@repkingster134 I've also made a bunch of SEPTA assets of the more modern variety. I haven't included much in the line color department, though, sorry. (My laptop takes its sweet time loading the game, so importing assets is a painful endeavor.)

This train is amazingly looking and not so sick on performance like many detailed vehicles are. All Im wishing is for you to release them nice metro yard props. Garbage trains etc that ive seen in ur videos =)

@scoobyduped I had been trying to do this but the AI can only handle segments up to a certain length and I kept causing the pathfinding to break. However just today I was able to find a length that works.

@Evil.Iguana - No plans - due to the configuration of trains, going any shorter would result in 4 car trains which is too short to look good. You can shorten them yourself in the asset editor if you would like.

Any plans for a shorter consist in the future? This one is a little bit too long for stations. (At least when using railway mod with the slightly longer double crossovers.) That doesn't matter on through tracks but at terminus stations it does mean the train looks silly when exiting and it can, in certain circumstances, cause blockages.
