now that I've made the trilogy and want to play something else... While this has been done excellently there's certain parts that bug me when it comes to interior details (such as iconic rooms like the messhall, Capt's quarters, and forward battery). My only wish is that the interior had some more effort done to it. I'll gladly take on that challenge. O7

There is no Normandy SR-3. Normandy in Mass Effect 2 and 3 are the same ship. The confusion usually comes from the different internal layout between the two. There are several inter-mingling reasons for this. The SR-2 was built by Cerberus, not the System Alliance Navy. Doubled in size of the SR-1 stealth frigate, the SR-2 of ME2 was a multi-role platform. In ME3 it had been refit to be a dedicated warship, and given a layout more in line with SAN design.
