Insta-killed Spiderman with this. 10/10 would insta-kill a Marvel character on a DC game with a Doctor Who item.

Once you get to the Batcave (after tutorial level) you can use the Hero editor. From there go to downloads and click steam workshop and find the items you want to download and download them in game. Yes you must do this in game (at least last time I played).

I tried to remember the parts I used from my unlimited version.

Unlimited had an easier editor for items. I just messed around with it until I got the hang of it.
