For some reason I think this mod makes my skeleton pk4 not lay properly on the repair bed. He's just standing up and getting repaired.

Can't get this working on any bed type, including the "upgraded" version. Even using human characters that are both of exactly the same body size, weight, and proportions, they just merge on the bed. So far as I can tell, I don't have any conflicting mods and my load order is fine.

I actually really liked this mod. I only use the cuddle bed, tho. Notthe LL stuff.

It was kinda wholesome for my couple start after a week of fighting off raiders and almost becoming slaves to be able to cuddle in a nice bed in the house they just built.

The camp bed is a nice side effect (beyond RP and such) of this mod, you can store two people on a single camp bed which is relatively fair and balanced. Works nicely for small animals like dogs where you can toss them both on a bed if they're downed.

Its super easy to add the animation files to custom races in the FCS. If you'd like, I wouldn't mind making a tutorial on how to do that for you. Just hmu in the discord and I can show you how.

Is there a chance you can upload older versions? Had no issues personally with previous versions until now. I make my own custom races so none of them are on mods steam page.

I'm glad you do, I spent a decent amount of time getting them just right. In fact you just reminded me I need to enable the animations for hive characters. I'll update that in a few here. Completely forgot. As for custom races I'll have to make a patch for each one. I'm not exactly sure how to do that without completely merging mods though.

Sorry about that man, It was unfortunately due to the fact I had to completely remake it from the ground up. Some update or another apparently broke the animations, etc. So the "New" Cuddle bed is technically an entirely different object :/

its doesnt seem to be working for custom races though, my Dra'ak and Dark Hivers just stand next to the bed

All cuddle beds I've made in my base are gone now. I can still go into build mode and make more. Just all the preexisting ones are gone.

Just updated the mod again and completely remade the bed and animations. I think things should be fixed now. Including the offset from center and floating problem.

It not downloading is a steam problem. Not sure what I can do about that.

The link is above. It's very strange that I don't have the problems a lot of people have. I really have no idea what the difference between installs could be. Also, are you talking about the Cuddle Beds, the vanilla beds or all the above?

Having an odd glitch with the animations for this: my toons are floating in the air above and slightly offset from the bed. Just installed the mod again, imported the save, and built the beds from scratch before upgrading. Have an outpost in the ribcage just south of Catun, a single snail house with the beds built on the second floor. There's a fair amount of clutter but plenty of room for the toons to get around and the beds are not butted to the wall, both nodes easily accessible.

Any thoughts?

Okay, I made a complete replacement sleeping animation for the vanilla beds. That ended up fixing the teleport problem, sadly only for the vanilla beds. As for the sleeping under the bed problem, I believe that should be fixed as well. Though in doing this I've come to the realization that I'm going to have to redo a lot of animations for the "Cuddle Bed (Alt)" and the "Make Out Bed" in order to fix the teleporting issue. It had something to do with the coordinates of the animation in the animation software.

Thank you for confirming, I recently moved to another state about a month and a half ago. I wasn't able to get internet out here until today and have been focusing on getting stable in the area. I'm now able to devote some time again to modding. I will look in to this more. It doesn't show up on my end and off the top of my head I couldn't say why it does that. If anything it may be some redundant code. Actually, while typing this I'm thinking I might have an idea but its going to be a pain in the ass. I'm probably just going to make a completely new sleeping animation to replace the default. that should fix it. All of my modding experience is trial and error hahah

@Batrach, I've looked in to this and I don't get NPCs sleeping under them on default beds. Can you provide an example or screen shots? Along with your mod list please? In the Forgotten Construction kit, It's a simple matter of coordinates and it's pretty stable across in my experience. I will say though, for the life of me can't figure out why or how to stop player and NPC from jettisoning to a floor above or below when they get off the beds.

Still causes a bug with animations on default beds. If everyone in your game is sleeping under the beds instead of on top, then this mod is the cause.

Never thought of myself as an active modder. Only ever did it as a personal hobby. I never intended to update this mod at all. It was a one off thing at the time. Yet, I've recently fell in love with animating so I'm going to try and do more mods and keep up with them.
