Ah, right. Without an item version of a given node, I don't think you'd be able to place it down.
Apologies, but I guess these two mods just won't work nicely together.

I was able to make it target new nodes but i cant make it give me the "extract" related item

I'm not familiar with any of the resource overhaul mods, but...
if the T3 resources can't be picked up already, then my only guess would be to try messing around in the Event Editor. Perhaps changing something in there can make the ritual target the new nodes properly.

This may be a long shot but is there anyway to get this to work with the resource overhaul mods and make the new T3 resources extractable

How exactly does the picking up tier 3 resource work. I am using it on dragonbone, and not getting an item. It's also not vanishing on the map, which I would imagine it should.

@colnz You might need to be on (or near) specific terrain types. Are you within a tile of a hill or mountain?

Totally awesome mod. Works great. Almost done with my first game using this mod. It took some getting used to and experimentation - which is fine. Not sure I can play without it now! :steamhappy:

(bearing in mind that I haven't looked at Thea 2 in over a year...)
I'm pretty sure mods can be viewed in the Event Editor in-game, and from there you can mod the mod to suit your preferences.

anyway to remove the need for faction relationship on the t2? i know its kinda cheaty...but if i take the time and resources it would be nic to my my little island the perfect home

For tier 2 leather, over 65 faction with Slayvan
For tier 2 stone, over 65 faction with Alphaclans
For tier 2 wood, over 65 faction with Woodland Folk
For tier 2 metal, over 65 faction with Earthbound

Hmm I think there is a lag glitch with the node spawning Rit (least the metal one) where you'll make like.. the item but it doesn't proc?

@Saint Augustine the event tree requires specific faction for the three resource subtypes: Woodkin for better wood, etc.

With getting a tier II resource when have a main faction at over 65 favour, does it mean that any faction of over and can get any tier 2, or is it like.. earthbound over 65 for steel/silver/gold, woodkin over 65 for dark, elven and dryad wood, etc etc.

newest update broke my game, the composites and cooking tab is all messed up and makes it so i cant do anything cant even close it

I'm not really interested in making an unbalanced version of the mod, but if you know the basics of the ingame Event Editor, you can change the result of the Ritual Success events to whatever resource type you'd like.

Yes, the rituals only spawn up to Tier 2 resources.

Elves - wood
Dwarves - metal
Orcs - stone
Ice Demons - gems
Goblins - bone
Slavyan - leather

yes, this mod is now up-to-date. I even reorganized the research tree to be less messy ^_^

nope, no coal.

I think the Building Overhaul Mod also reorganizes the base game's rituals? Your mod load order might impact that.

my only other mods adjusts the weight of jewelry items and adjusts the number of research points you get, so i dont think those would impact this.

@Escanor I am also missing the spiritual blessing, but I do have the physical one. I do see the three healing ones, though. Are you also using Lorska's toxin ritual? I am, and I wonder if it's replacing one of these. At any rate, it would be nice if the author updated the screenshots and/or told us what to expect. I still like the mod, though!

I researched the node labeled spiritual blessing but I only have a physical blessing ritual that I can perform, do I need to do something else to see the other two? Also I only have the spiritual healing ritual but not the physical or mental versions.

In case you're like me and think some rituals are missing, once you unlock some of them others appear in the menu. For example when I unlocked vegetables I also got a wood ritual to appear. Anyway, great mod!

can you make an unbalanced version where you can spawn ressources T3 or even T4 or T5 with an advenced ritual linked to the amount of escence you put on?

They should be unlocked by default. I put all three recovery rituals into the Spiritual Healing node.
Otherwise, with this many rituals you'd run out of advancement points and the tech tree is a mess :P
