The reflections are nothing but missing textures. I've tried reinstalling it, running it with no addons, verifying the game files, but no luck. Still missing textures. any fixes?

I can't update the map just for that; but I'll keep it in mind if I make a larger update.

I would like to make a small request: the piers on this map seems to be using vphysics collisions and they're quite uneven and bumpy. It would be nice if the collisions gets fixed (using brushes or some other way).

Delete the addon from your addons folder. Everything is included in the addon, so it's due to buggy workshop downloading.

It's the same with some other of your maps.

A lot of models are just ERRORs.
The light house is missing textures.
I redownloaded the map twice.

I agree with Flex. Optimization due to Steam's update has somewhat reduced the viability by 12%.
