My gosh, that tri count has to be a typo right? You mean 1030 not 10,030? My PC can't handle a growable with such high numbers, even though the LOD is a great size.

This looks very nice. I'm excited to add it to the older part of downtown in my city, between the lower late 19th-early 20th century buildings, and the new 20th-21st century towers!

Excellent asset. Would you be willing to make a version without the modern signage and storefront? It would fit very well in a 1920s-1940s build

This is really cool. You're one of just a few asset creators that care about their building's foundation. Keep doing that, it really makes your assets unique.
