The sword in the stone event has a rare chance of giving you up to T3 level weapons. You can get lucky in the early game and they can give you some nice combat damage effects but for late game they lose their effectiveness. I see it as rather balanced because the weapons are swill bound by your characters stats.

Love your mods! One thing I wonder: I'm on turn 34 and Sword in the Stone event has already been triggered 3 times. This might be a bit OP because I keep getting cool items? :) Maybe it's fine, I don't know as I haven't played the game much.

You need to build the "crop field" building first then the event can activate. It will only activate once and having and elf, goblin or orc in the village when the event activates will allow you to pick foods not shown in the preview image.

Hey XenoReaver, how does the event work that lets you plant some new food in your village?

I still haven't seen it yet and am looking forward to it. Do you need to have low food nodes first? I don't know how to read the chances or requirements in the editor. Thanks!

A small number of the games events are meant to be this way so I do not recommend changing them.

Is it possible the events in this mod don't allow groups within 6 hexes (or whichever its set to in difficulty panel) to help out? Twice I've had an encounter where this happened. Just now it was definitely one of your events.

You would assume wrong then. It is fully compatible with the Building Overhaul mod.

Ok, Im just wondering, is there anyway you could make a version where it doesnt go down or not because Im trying to do an animal only run but it keeps giving me more humans

The chance goes down with your population. It uses the same population chance script that the cabbage patch and stork events use.

I just want to ask, is it a constant chance with the animal breeding events as it is with the attraction event in your other mod or does it go down the higher your population?

Any two animals of the same species can breed. The only exception to this are rats and cradle possums. cradle possums are rats in the game so for the rat breeding event you needs rats and fat rats while for the cradle possum breeding event you new young cradle possums and cradle possums.

With the animal breeding events, Do they have to be the exact same animal or would 2 animals of the same species such as Giant Spider and Spider Queen be able to breed?

There is only 1 pet spider item just at varying levels of essence so yeah it affects all of them.

Loved the mod, right up until I ended up with a second adult spider in my party. Just 10 turns later I had 7 spiders in my party. Thinking something needs tweaked in the spider birth rate. While maybe realistic... its sort of game breaking to have a spider birth 2 out of every three turns.

Turns out it was my event file causing the problem. I had fixed that same problem once before and for some reason had to fix it again now. They should be working as normal again.

I would blame the recent Steam update as it caused some problems for a few people regarding mods and the previous Steam update wrecked mods for everyone everywhere. This is not anything caused by my mod.

A recent solution I saw mentuioned was try finding the mod folder in:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\606230
It should be a pile of numbers, I don't know which set of numbers but check them and then delete it. Then go back to the workshop, unsubscribe and then resubscribe again.

If this doesn't work then please post about it in the Thea 2 Discussion Board as someone else may have an answer for you.

hey so i noticed this mod has stopped working for me. the attraction events mod still works. really loved this one. only thing im running differently is i added attraction events and it worked for awhile together so im assuming they don't interfere with each other. any clue what might be causing it not to work? if theres any info i could give you to help you figure out why let me know.

I kinda figured. it just felt kinda funny. "Hey, this decent looking sword just turned into an even nicer weapon" and BAM, Trash Quality spear.

Unfortunately I don't decide what counts as better or worse. When the game picked the weapon the elven wood made it count as an advanced weapon. Even more unfortunate is that the weapon came out trash quality.

When I released these events I had only just begun to experiment with option requirements. The only option is the Nature domain which ideally means you use the power of nature to calm them down. It's possible other forest demons or even elves could calm them down but Nature would be the most likely option that is closest to succeed.

can you explain me the "angry forest" even. i have forest demon and elfs in my group but i have no other choice than killing these poor forest demon. they attack me whatever i try '-'

At the moment it's in the alpha patch coming in next Thursdays patch.I decided to post something now just in case there were any problems player side the Devs would need to know about.
