@andres i found the issue...
it is not logical (and not documented anywhere) but normaly on the shops and airlines you have quality from
0=1 Stars
to
4=5 Stars

on Products it is only 0 to 2
now it is loading on Bucherer and Rolex

Guess i found it...
Rolex is 5* but the rolex product had quality 1* so i suppose that was the issue on the both shops you mentioned... Viel Spass

If the Airport is still small the rating of my 2 Fuel Suppliers still not fit in with Rating of 2 or 3, so i adjust them to 1 and 2... Now FuelSuppliers must be loaded... If not, there is an issue if you ahve to many steam mods (not important if activated or not)

the 2 Fuel Suppliers where rating 3 and 4, i adjust it to 2 and 3 for smaller airports... guess that fit it better? please try again, can be you need to try on a new airport...
