Unfortunately, you probably wouldn't be able to equip it at the same time as the rail spikes, since they use the same body group and the feet portions would clip.

I love it. Very nicely modeled and textured! Nice to see some more "creepy" and less "silly" Halloween items!
Also, the name is cool, but I had the idea for a slight change. Perhaps instead of "The Maniac's Manacles" they could be called "The Maniacal Manacles"? Still, excellent work!

for anyone wh know the horror game outlast there is a INMATE=PRISIONER who has same type of bodybuild like pyro i wonder if valve has something to do with it and if they do we know were ptro escaped then
