I dont use the RICO mod anymore but as far as im aware its very easy to make it RICO yourself which gives you more control over what you do with the asset.

Im not fussed about how many subs i get as i always make my assets to suit my own needs, which is mainly detailing so i leave them as blank as possible with no external mod settings attached etc.

I would suggest searching using the category as well as text filter in FIND IT

Why dont you make your items RICO, and have Themes for the houses etc?
You would get alot more subs, finding all these with FIND IT and remembering there names etc especially with more Uk Assets from elsewhere, its a nightmare.
