There are four undefined residence references when I load it up in FCS:
1 in Crab Town Gurgler override
2 in Expedition 5
1 in Mourne Upgraded Mercs

Should it cause issues if I only want to use this patch with Cities Rebalanced-The Shek Territories while leaving out "Cities Rebalanced-The Southern Cities" and
"Cities Rebalanced-The Outlands" (because I don't want to use the latter two due to mod conflicts)?

If your talking about the load order, place it after both mods.

None of them should be hostile to each other nor is there any empire militia in the non-UC Clownsteady overrides.
Either kenshi is breaking something or another mod is causing issues.

Is it normal that the shinobi guards, Ninjas and the shek kingdom are fighting constantly over who gets clownsteady? Also the empire militia is there, idk why because the united cities dont control the city anymore

Neither mod nor patch changed anything relating to world state of the dust tower, so my guess is that it is something else.

Should Living world be before or after Cities Rebalanced?

Updated to Living World's June 29-30th update. Changes made to the south-western abandoned towns, Mourn and Spring, will need to import to see them.
