@Sam I think you can buy it at World End with high probability. And if there is no mistake, you can get almost all of my MOD weapons Blueprints on Black Scratch. (There are some exceptions.)

@Theuberwar If it is 1.5 times for blunt and 1.7 times for cutting, it will be about the same attack power as Edge. This is valid for all Catun No. 3 weapons that I have always presented in images.
