you move the tongue by using the advanced bone tool (atleast thats how i did it) and you select him, hold c and click the dropdown menu, scroll for a little bit until you find the bones and you can move them using the rotating things! (as far as i know you cant make the tongue a ragdoll)

I've got a question about this model,are you ever going to add back the angry expression for the king or is he going to stay with no angry expression?
Also i found a good combination of expressions to make him look kinda angry,just put on the mug expression and close his eyes until he looks somewhat mad.
