Ahh! Now I know how to install PDMOD
I didn't copy the whole Portal 2 folder and replace files.
I just copied correct PDMOD Files to correct folders. It works now :) Thanks for download link

@Halo Copy over the entire Portal 2 folder in the download to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common and replace files as necessary.
