If the French truly were cowards, they would've just given up the moment any Germans made it past the Benelux. But, no - they fought until it was last possible.

@Shorah @Jomara The Winter War was technically a victory for the Soviets, though it hardly was, sustaining 10 times the amount of casualties as the Finns. The Finns later joined the Germans in a "kind-of" alliance and only advanced to their previous borders and no further.
