Seems to be fixed. Last time it took me 3 months and a number of emails to Steam (got nastier on each preceding one) before it was fixed. STAND BY! Here I come.

Paid for it once. Not going to pay for it twice. So; guess wont play it or any others that do the same as there some now. Looks like a Steam problem and not the purchaser. Had a similar problem back in Febuary with the SD70 V2 where some would let me play and others wanted me to buy it after I had done so. Complained to Steam several times before it was fixed.

Guys:
If you subscribe to this while within TS2013 you won't have any trouble. It will download and the scenario will start OK. I found this out a while ago when the workshop was new. It can't get it's facts right sometimes. If you have the required DLC the scenario will run. You must subscribe from within TS2013. Once you do that it will be listed with your regular scenarios. Then you just start it like any other one. I have the same issue and I just started it with no problem.

Getting more stupid. Have another scenario now the same way but wasn't before. It now shows two SD70ACEs but need to buy one of them.

NS SD70 ACEs Loco add-on
UP SD70 ACE Loco add-on
SD70 V2 Volume 2 Loco add-on
Do not see a UP SD70ACE pack in the DLC

???? Here's a good one. The workshop show the SD70ACe twice. One shows that I have it and the other wants me to buy it.
