1.Find vpk.exe in Alien Swarm Reactive Drop\bin, make desktop shortcut of it.
2.Make new folder, make cfg folder inside of it. put autoexec.cfg into this cfg folder
3.Drop new folder on vpk.exe shortcut -> now u have "new folder.vpk" with ur autoexec in
4.Put this in Alien Swarm Reactive Drop\reactivedrop\addons

So this is how u make mod vpks. If it doesnt work (honestly i dont expect it to work from such if it doesnt work directly)try maybe other files like server.cfg newmapsettings.cfg etc.

I like it, now all i need is an "autoexec" mod because no matter what i do my commands never start on game launch. (but if a mod uses commands it works :/)

thinks whether to use x2 or not depends on user's dpi scale, x2 too big for me (124% dpi)
