In multiplayer it seems only clients can send messages If the host trys to it just comes out as random letters for the clients

It would be nice to know if my message was sent or not... A little message that could momentarily appear stating "Message sent."

I was wondering if I even hooked mine up correctly since it doesn't clear when you send a message.

this is a really cool way for ships to communicate in the game. there needs to be a dedicated channel for SOS and for just chatting
