This mod is obsolete. It won't be updated anymore. It's not needed, buildings are not destructible in current version of the game.

lemuria, as I said, this mod is not for 1.13. It's obsolete. I am keeping it here for older versions.

Buildings are not destructible in 1.13, you don't need this mod.

This is weird. I wrote a comment about it on 1.12.0 release, but it looks like it disappeared.

As far as I can tell, buildings aren't destroyed on conquest anymore, so there is no need to use this mod in 1.12. It's obsolete.

Downloaded without a hitch this time but sadly it's still inactive. The "Fair Colonialism" mod has just updated and is now active on my list. This is all very strange how one mod can update and another cannot...

Hello Stilgar. Thanks for the manual download link. I downloaded and unzipped the file. The "common" folder was copied across fine, but the "descriptor.mod" refused to be unzipped, with winzip reporting that there was "no file to extact". Downloaded it two more times with the same resulting error.

It didn't work. Changed my game to 1.81 Beta and nothing changed. Then I had an idea and added the "supported_version="1.8.1" to the .mod files to several mods that tried and failed to update in the past, and some of those have now been activated ("More Straits", "SUNs Complete Balance") but sadly yours and others still remains inactive.

"Becoming An Empire" has tried once more to update then failed. Bizarre isn't it? I will delete all failing mods and reinstall as suggested and see if this fixes the issue. Thanks for all your advice. Will report back on how it went down.

I honestly don't know what could be causing it. It works for me. Try deleting the mod (two files called indestructible_buildings) from your Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis/mod directory.
Maybe Steam will download it then.

"SUNs Complete Balance", "Fair Colonialism", "More Straits", "Bigger Diplomacy View", "Become An Empire" and your very own "Indestructible Buildings" have all started to update, and then the next time I check they haven't. Hope some of this information helps someone.

Seven mods have successfully updated for me (3x "TBAR Extra" mods, "The Tenth Idea", "Timeline 9999", "Ruler Traits" and "Better Terra Incognita"), some have started to update then seemingly fail, and the rest have yet to be updated by their authors.

Okay, guys, there seems to be a bug in the game, that marks every mod uploaded to steam as incompatible with version 1.8. I guess we will have to wait for a patch.
I'll try to upload this mod somewhere else and post a link here so you can play with it.

the game won't star anymore since te last little patch i think, but i don't know for sure because i' didn't play EU since 2-3 months.
So for explanation if I try to start EU IV including the mod it won't get to main menue.
