EDIT: I did use the MoveIt mod to move it right next to a road and it stops complaining, but when I put another road next to it, it starts complaining there is no road connection.

I'm confused... Why have you chosen road connection in the middle of the building? It's very awkward, almost impossible to place... And why is it so out of allign, it's a square building?! I'm sorry if I'm being really whiny here - just genuinely confused. It's a really great building

I can't place anywhere this beauty here! Even with move it mod the no road connection notification remains. The only solution I found, was to build an invisible road that passes through the building.

For everyone who is having trouble placing this asset, I suggest using the move it mod after placing the asset.

This is great, and I love how you made the whole block, but it is really difficult to place. It would be a lot more convenient if it attached squarely to the street. Looking forward to the New York Life building I spy in the second screenshot!

For anyone who is having trouble assets, the asset has no problem, even with Duplicate prefab name error. If you want to get rid of this error, go to the workshop files, find the 1734054311 folder, and try delete ny119 asset, and see if it works. The file size is quite large, as I want to make sure the structure of the asset can be seen clearly far away. And I'm really glad that everyone enjoyed this asset.

The model looks beautiful, but 38mb is going to keep a lot of people from downloading. What texture size did you use?
