you are welcome. i hope that helps :)
Thanks for the pointer to where the game has its mod list, wiping that should work.
if you don't want to update to 2.4 yet try those steps:
1. go to "../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod" and delete all ".mod" files.
2. relaunch stellaris and look if you can see the mod now (.mod files will be recreated by steam launcher)
If that did not help you can do this:
1. go to the old launcher and create a "new mod" => once you created the mod a "new folder" should appear in ../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/"new folder name"
2. go to ../Programs/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/182990/
3. unzip the folder with name: "1725838671"
4. copy the content of the unzipped folder 1725838671 into ../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/"new folder name"
5. start stellaris and enable the "new mod" you created
i hope that helps. Otherwise once you update to 2.4 you can use this mod again :)
Thanks.
