I've seen a few mods on gamemaps that has ADS feature in them, so it is possible.

The H&K VP70 doesn't have a slide lock, thus making it pretty much incompatible with every dual welding pistol animations available for L4D2. Well, unless some professional animator decides to make a set of pistol animations specifically for the VP70.
