Does anyone know where to find the buss/tram stop shelter in the fourth picture?

Is there by any chance anything like this but for the rails? I really need a decorative tram rail network for a tram depot + tram-train transfer station I'm making but have no way to make decorative tracks. If anyone knows of anything pls tell me, ty

Hi @Icefire,

It's not a sidewalk, it's part of the foundation; there's really no way to hide it other than maybe playing with ploppable asphalt props or decals.

Kind regards,

Thank you for your answer. Very much appreciated! Do you have a trick or something to hide the sidewalks of the tram tracks?

Hi @Icefire,

Yes, these are very time consuming to use and don't work in every context. There isn't much I can do about that, because it would be very difficult and time consuming to make all the different roads but with a foundation in them as well. This is the most versatile solution, but not the most convenient.

Kind regards,
PEWEX

Sorry but I don't understand how to do it. For exemple, how can I hide the sidewalks? It's sooo long to put the tracks under the functional tracks and over the road, and it doesn't work if the terrain isn't flat. Maybe it would be easier if these tracks were usable as functional tram tracks

Hi @MaT,
I'm unsure what your specific problem is, so I'll try to give you the best response that I can.

This network does not carry any function: it is entirely decorative. The intent is only for people who want to make more detailed cities. To that effect, using the mods + guide in the description, you should be able to make use of them.

You can lower it under existing tram tracks without a problem to make the rails look nicer/more realistic. It's not very easy to work with, but I assure you it is not impossible. I don't know where specifically you face issues, but this should work with tram tracks of all types. If you can provide a recording of what you find trouble with, I could be of much more help.

Kind regards,
PEWEX

Hi @MaT,
Build it next to the road, and then use the MoveIt mod to drag it over the road and lower the foundation under the track.

Is this build next to a road or on it?
How does it work?

Hi @GwrChurdward,
In my experience it combines quite well, and clipping isn't very common at all (but I can't confidently say that it doesn't happen, just that I hadn't seen it happening when I looked at my intersections).
Kind regards,

Does this combine well with roads or do vehicles and trams clip through each other all of the time?

Hi @LuisAC_8071,
That's an interesting idea. I'm not sure if they are big enough (I think train tracks are wider), but if they fit, it could be very good for custom level crossings. Hope it works out!
Kind regards,
PEWEX
