Mod broke my black mesa 0/10

The game works however there seem to be some issues like in the beginning sequence there was a lack man of animations and in the one where you go down the elevator for some reason the marines are really delayed, one of them yelled for medic way before I got to the door and when I did get to the door the marine was in his default idle pose watching

You changed the skin, that's why the hand model changed. You can't have an addon skin compatibility with marine hands, if the author didn't make it compatibile or if it's not done manually.

I'm enjoying this wonderful game, but I have a question. Additionally, when I change the skin to the M4 rifle, the Marine's hand changes to Gordon's. Please tell me how to play with the Marine's gloves, like in the remaster.

@Josh The Dosh Hi, yes, this problem is indeed present. It's because when the player's NVG is turned on/off, an entity is triggered that, unfortunately, doesn't save its state during the transition between levels. Essentially, each level has this entity, which only functions within that level. I'm not sure if there's a way to solve this problem.

dont know if someones said this already or not but if you have your night vision on and enter a loading area the next area will be green without the nv hud and will get progressively greener every loading zone if you dont turn it off and on

Will the mod's future definitive edition maps use the custom PCV charger more? It's such a cool model, yet it's only used one time in Chapter 3, if you have a good custom model for the mod, why not use it more?
Also... if people or someone wanted to mod/make an add-on for Black Mesa Military, like extending/changing maps or something of the sort, is that okay?

@MMichi Thanks a ton, using the old ui batch file actually fixed it for me! I was going nuts yesterday, because it made me so angry. :D But thanks again!

@ontheprowl you can change the graphics settings. It's only a gimmick with the newui where the arrows to change the graphics are invisible, but you can still change the settings. Using the oldui makes it easier to change the settings.

I finally download this mod but there was auto aim that I can't turn off a little bit annoying in the start.
npcs can have 10 QI while following you because they walk around in some rooms but they still come back mod still good

i CANT CHANGE ANY GRAPHIC SETTINGS!???? Like neither my mouse can change a menu point within the gpu settings in game, nor my keyboard!???? But my keyboard works and I can change other menu settings!?

I figured only two ways to fail to install this mod, one is if someone puts the mod in custom folder, like it's done with most Half Life 2 mods, the mod will not work then, or putting the files loose from bmmilitary folder. But that would be even more effort, so it's actually easier to install it, putting one folder and one .bat file, in the game's folder.

well i know where is folder 362890 to find but its not even appearing but i still have Black Mesa: Military downloaded

so to download the mod: After you download it (if from workshop,) head to the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\1720191293. There you should see a folder called "bmmilitary" and a shortcut and .bat file called "Launch Black Mesa Military".

Take both of these and copy and paste them into the Black Mesa directory, which is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa. After bmmilitary is in there and the .bat is there too, launching the .bat should then let you launch and play Black Mesa Military.

This mod is pretty very hard for me to install I haven't even found 362890 folder it's just nowhere to be found and modb still hard I have to tried to find the tutorial how to install black mesa: military on YouTube but it showed only from steam workshop not modb
