so is this map just abandoned at this point? There aren't any required addons, but the map itself doesn't load correctly.

I'm unaware of why NuclearGhost had removed himself as an author of this addon, but we no longer chat these days. He was the original author and I merely commissioned the map. There's another user named Shen who has further collaborated with NuclearGhost, and I'd advise you direct those questions to either of them instead.

I don't plan on touching or changing anything with the current upload, and if Steam removes it without my input then so be it. I've since left GMod and the communities therein.

what happened to other maps?

i hope that there's a way to save this addon from being taken down i'm running out of stalker maps to play!

AI noded????. Where is the navmesh for this. I loaded up the bio zombies mod thingy and there is no navmesh. I dont wanna have to spend an hour just waiting for some silly zombie mod to load up

Hmm, both maps seem to have this weird texture problem where the base textures are okay, it's just that an odd black-only checker pattern overlays the base textures.

For some reason there are Errors and missing textures in some parts of the map. Is there any resources I need to install before getting this map?

That one seems to work, I just waited and after a while it loaded. It's a very big map so I guess long loading times are to be expected, anyway thanks for the link, the map is great and I'm surprised at the size of maps gmod can support.

Unfortunately you'll have to blame GMod's updates. The original map had some wonky hackarounds to get what we wanted out of it. There is however an alternative now;

None of these zaton maps work man, they just get stuck at "initializing world" or whatever and that's it, the game stops responding. It's a shame since I'm a big stalker fan and the images here look amazing.

I believe NuclearGhost is the maker of both the maps, and has uploaded his own version of them.

- Oh wait actually it appears it is the normalmap/bumpmap textures that seem to be missing from the map. This and stalker_mixed seem to have it.

Have you ever encountered the rare missing cubemap anomaly?
It is said to be very dangerous, I would step carefully if I were you stalker.

I've re-packed all the files for this map. Hopefully no more errors.
