I am currently porting Kitana from Mortal Kombat 11 with as many of her outfits as I possibly can, although I am afraid that I won't be able to port the rest until their models are made available to the public by someone who extracts them.

@Four Tails Cloak That is very unlikely, as Noob Saibot didn't exist until Hanzo was revived in the form of Scorpion and further killed Bi-Han (Kuai Liang's brother) during the tournament, thus giving Quan Chi the opportunity to revive said character and turn him into Noob Saibot.

Wait normally, it's Quan Chi who ordered Noob Saibot to kill Shirai Ryu clan, so Scorpion got enraged and taked Quan Chi in Hell, but Quan Chi had the amulet so he escapes.

This is the closest thing we have for now.
As I said on some other guy's Scorpion MKX P.M, it's probably going to take weeks or a month even (i.e masks and costume) for a playermodel of Scorpion after MKX releases like tomorrow.
