The pump shotgun for some reason only makes the firing sound in the left headphone, you should fix that.

@EEEN Just the weapon fire. The foley is fine. The problem lies in one channel has the SFX, the other has it's bass/reverb,and since Left 4 Dead 2 doesn't use such audio technique (Half Life 2 sometimes does I believe), there's a "One thing in one ear, and another in the other" going on.

I've prepared you some quick & perhaps crude Audacity edits in which I took the left channel and made it Stereo, and made an alternative which I mixed both channels and made them Stereo (I suspect the latter's incorrect though), so you can decide which sounds better for yourself:

@Bizargh Is it the firing sounds or just the reloading sounds? Or both?

I think you forgot to centre the channels for some of the firing sounds (Autoshotgun, SMG/UZI & Hunting Rifle), as I'm hearing the SFX via my headset's left and the bass channel on my headset's right in the demonstration.

how come some of the weapons are slightly off like the SMG,Auto Shotgun and Hunting Rifle (don't know about the assault rifle) when it's being fired? :csgohelmet:
