How did you set this high quality graphics? I was looking for on youtube how to set like this, but all of these mods I found are not showing any results like this on quality. :/

Are there going to be vehicles of these or just props? They look very good, and they'd possibly be my only vehicle/prop matching military vehicles. They look nice though.
