May I use this mod in my semi-expansion mod? I'll leave a source.
fredy_the_yeti 14. dec. 2019 kl. 15:31
without this mod my time between turns is between 5-10 seconds. But with this mod, the time between turns seems to increase as the game continues. by the time I was at turn 20 I was waiting ~5 minutes.

City names are no longer visible and unclickable, but I have no ide with which mod it could have problems... but I will continue troubleshooting

Creator does not update or respond anymore. Do not retain hope for a solution

This mod is not compatible with the civ 4 diplomacy mod. The game does not crash, but features civ 4 diplomacy adds to the "trading screen" are unusable. If this mod does not change the dll (because if so civ 4 diplomacy also changes the dll so the two would then be incompatible) then my second guess would be the "shares" trading. I do not know anything about modding so that could easily be wrong.

Can anyone point me in the direction of which scripts to delete from the UI folder to stop it conflicting with enhanced user interface? Every tool tip seems to have the science overlay on it, and in addition to no city names displayed and I can't bombard with cities. Help would be greatly appreciated!

@Sully007 I don't think it's actually supposed to be BMW, but rather a similar one for copywrite reasons.

Author has not responded on comments to this mod for more than a year. I doubt you'll get the answer you seek.

I want to make a Let's Play series using this mod when I get a more powerful PC someday. would you mind posting some links to it on your workshop page?

I want to be a famed let's play personality specializing in mods and having more completist runs than many of the famed let's play personalitites you see and raising awareness of mods or good internet games that don't cost money while players get into out-waste contests in freemium games buying more stuff with in-game currency, exchanged from real currency to beat players that are doing the same.

This mod is bugged with the new release of The Enlightenment Era mod. Will need an update so that it moves the respective techs forward to compensate for the extra era.

@Drewaude Sandstorm has the right idea, it would be much better.

How does this mod portray corporations under a less free-market based ideology such as autocracy or order? I'm interested to know how that works.
Andrew 22. aug. 2015 kl. 12:48
I was ahead in tech and built every corpartion and I started racking 450 gpt from corperations.

I think you should change so that for each corperation you have it makes it more expensive to build another. This would make it harder to build all the corperations.

Great mod
Tomaz 31. juli 2015 kl. 17:55
I have icons in the Tech Tree, there is an entry in Civilopedia about Corporations but I cant's build tham. What's the problem?
DerigarsChairman 4. juli 2015 kl. 15:27
ever heard about civadvanced, why not make some corporations that involve it
mprairie12 7. maj 2015 kl. 7:26
i have brave new world but i get the missing dependicencies thing what lse ie needed
namm 18. mar. 2015 kl. 1:36
It's OP. Get a good corporation (e.g. sids sushi on archipelago) and watch hundreds of GPT flowing to your coffins even on small map. Good idea but needs adjusting.
phyziczteacher 7. mar. 2015 kl. 12:14
I've looked all over, but canot find this problem: my game freezes everytime I click on the first World Congress "select a proposal" option. I've tried several things to no avail.
Kompot❤ 1. mar. 2015 kl. 8:10
I gave it a spin and it's a very nice mod. Although, when I started rushing corporations with Big Ben and autocracy I got almost 2000 gold/turn and literally ate all the other civs. Maybe try nerfing it a little not to be so OP (perhaps decrease number of shares?).
pprtrl 15. feb. 2015 kl. 12:24
I cannot build any of the corporations. I have Compass, so I should be able to build Sid's Sushi, but I cannot, even though I have a coastal city with 3 sources of Crabs. I am using a modded civ, if that is what is causing trouble.
Kaboom 10. feb. 2015 kl. 12:40
Im glad its added to BNW as a mod. I'll just wait to make sure the bugs are removed before I add it to my mods list.
Walker 25. jan. 2015 kl. 17:42
this does not work for me. I cannot select the corporations to build but the AI can.
kjhsgkjadn 23. dec. 2014 kl. 6:47
I bought the game will all DLC's
kjhsgkjadn 23. dec. 2014 kl. 6:46
One problem, when I go to the encyclopedia, it doesnt show corporations or the corporation spread, any solution?
kjhsgkjadn 23. dec. 2014 kl. 5:42
I like the cover lol

In discussing the Solar Park on another mod, I'm thinking that solar power would make a better corporation than a building. Given that most solar power does not come from specific sites (which would be an improvement anyhow) but on existing buildings, it would seem building a Solar Power corprorations would create a cost/benefit dependent upon how many buildings are in the city.
americaneric08 19. okt. 2014 kl. 8:26
Ever thought about a mod that allows a civilization to take another civs perks upon the conquering of that civs capitol?
Abalone 16. sep. 2014 kl. 21:25
Dude, great job. This is the best mod I've found in the workshop. This is great.
Maximum Broly! 16. sep. 2014 kl. 1:40
Will you be adding this to Civilization: Beyond Earth, by chance?
kingchris20 13. sep. 2014 kl. 13:52
When this mod and Communitas are enabled at the same time, I am unable to open the "Choose Production" screen in my city (which prevents advancing past the first turn). I can open the city screen, but even from there it will not allow me to choose production...just an FYI
DarkKnight 6. sep. 2014 kl. 4:35
8 new Buildings, 1 enhanced
- 7 new World Wonders
- 7 new Luxury Resources
- 3 new Religious Beliefs
- 3 new Ideological Tenets
- 3 enhanced Social Policies

- 2 new Technologies, 1 enhanced
- 2 new National Wonders
- 1 enhanced Leader Trait

Can you please specify so that I know more about the mod before I download it. Thank you
petrichorus 22. aug. 2014 kl. 23:38
I noticed what I think is a bug: the shares register as luxury resources, in that they give additional happiness. I do have More Luxuries working as well, so that might be the issue
werothegreat 7. aug. 2014 kl. 17:01
Is there any way for the +Gold from Corporations to show in the top bar modifier? Just an aesthetic thing, but it would be nice to not have to check the Econ Overview to see how much money I'm actually making. Also, how are Corporations affected by Golden Ages?
DissenterKnight 16. juli 2014 kl. 5:27
Looks good, but you're going about this all wrong. Look at Corporations in Civilization IV: Beyond The Sword. Corporations are treated as religions that spread, not resources, each with their own benefits.
Odysseas_84 3. juli 2014 kl. 0:04
I tried this in a game together with several mods, the relevant of which is Nord resources (BNW). When a deal in which I was getting seal (one of the nord resources) ended, I got a notification saying a deal in which (leader) was giving me ARMY shares while I was giving him tuber (??) ended. The text in completed deals was blank. Afterwards ARMY shares were available from that leader instead of seals and you could really buy them. We are talking about medieval era, so shares are not possible yet. Another leader I had met had a share from even a very late era. I checked with ingame editor and the corporations required for the shares to be available were not built yet. I don't know if this mod works consistently otherwise.

is this mod dead?

When I first start a game, I cant see any tech's and I can't select any. HELPZ!
Rocoloco 6. apr. 2014 kl. 4:20
Am I supposed to get the "HQ of XX Corp" marker as soon as I build the corporation? Because I already built the Civilized Jewelers Corp in my city, and I'm not seeing anything about HQs or "pressure".
Clippy the Kidd 4. apr. 2014 kl. 19:41
Allright so I am baisically clueless. How would I run this multiplayer? When I go to the mods section, check the file and hit next, it only says I can start a singleplayer game!? Is there a workaround that isn't an additional client?
Sunvaulter82 1. apr. 2014 kl. 14:19
im pretty shure that some of the corps in game are parodies
